Our family loved finding our new Kitties at the Humane Society. The facility was clean and well organized. Echo, Toby, and Gracie (yes 3 kitties) are very happy and healthy because of the care they received before we adopted them. The adoption process was easy thanks to the help of the staff. They took the time to make sure the kitties would be happy with us, and that we would be happy with the kitties based on our family dynamics. Thanks again for answering all our questions - we love Echo, Toby, and Gracie!
I was very pleased how kitty city was set up. I was able to see different cats and see how they reacted to me I adopted a sweet black and white kitten. He has been a joy to my life. I was pleased with how helpful and pleasant the staff were. It was obvious how much they loved animals. I would go there again if I needed another animal.
The facilities were very nice, the faculty very helpful, and the animals very well taken care of. We got a young calico cat that we're in love with now. She had been a stray, then at one shelter, then transferred to the Human Society of Utah. She was clean, litter-box trained, and had been de-clawed before arriving at the Humane Society. A vet checked her out before we adopted, and now we're in love with her. It's worked out really well with the cat we adopted, but I was glad to see the 30 day exchange policy, just in case. It was a great experience, and you're unlikely to have a better animal adoption experience anywhere else.
I had my little dog Fitz neutered at their facility and they treated him so kindly and loving (I was very nervous). When it was time to pick him up they all complimented him and he was treated so well. From then on I have had nothing but fantastic customer service from them. They vaccinate both of my dogs yearly and it is so fast in and out of their facility. Everyone is very nice, the establishment is clean, and the prices you cannot beat. I am very picky where my animals are concern (one of THOSE pet moms) and all I can say is hands down they are great people and a fantastic place. I always tell all of my friends to go.
Adopted our 3rd dog 2 years ago before our oldest dog passed away. The adoption went great. I liked that we were able to bring our first two dogs to meet him first in a neutral place. They thought he wasn't potty trained, but it turned out he was just nervous. We worked with him and got him comfortable with us. Nacho sure likes to follow me around, and is quite the cuddle bug. Which is difficult, because he's a 100lb German Shepherd mix. I liked how clean the Humane Society was, and that you were allowed to take the dogs out and walk around with them. I refer everyone I who wants a pet here!
