I took my lab to this Vet. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Their office claims you do not need an appointment, so we walked in. We were the only ones in the whole office, and he just looked at us and said nothing. I started to speak to tell him that my dog's hair was falling out. (I have had many dogs of this breed, I know they shed, but the amount of hair coming out in clumps was not normal) He cut me off to say "It's hot". My husband then showed him the amount and he said "uh huh". My dog/5 month old puppy, walked closer to him and he kicked him away with his leg. He then stated, "You need to have your dog on a leash." I can understand if the place was packed he would have been on a leash, but like I said before there was him and us and that was it. Heaven Forbid my dog walk around in the foyer of the veterinary ANIMAL clinic. He did not inspect my dogs skin or look at his fur. He uttered three things to me and that was it. The WORST customer service I have ever received from anywhere or anyone.

I was very pleased with the service. He was quick, helpful and friendly and didn't try to drum up business. I will go here again.
