well, first off they miss diagnosed my newborn puppy, sent me home with cough pills, 2 weeks later be was much worse so I decided to take him to Brookside for a different opinion, come to find out he has/had a heart murmur, enlarged heart and a lot of internal damage which led to us making one of the hardest decisions to date, we had to put him down. I'm angry at Coldwater because we wasted SOOOOO much time and thousands of dollars through the years on the worst vet services, If you want a PROFESSIONAL and extremely knowledgeable Vet, please go to Brookside, you don't know REAL vet services until you've gone here.

The vet. Was very caring with my ragdoll cat and he was very informative about his condition. They took good care of my ragdoll and after a few days from the visit my ragdoll started showing signs of improvment and he is now fully recovered. Thank you for taking care of my ragdoll and giving him the meds, proper food, and help he needed, if it wasn't for you my ragdoll would be suffering a great deal right now. I know where to go for my animals care and that is Cold Water Animal Hospital. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Coldwater Animal Hospital for the first time in May 2014. Dr. Poll was so patient and great with my pup. He spent a lot of time giving me helpful information on training while getting my dog comfortable with him. I got a call the very next day with test results. I was very impressed with their service.

It was late. Our cat's breathing was labored. We did NOT want to go the Animal ER in Sunset. We chose Coldwater's name from the phone book. We talked to Dr. Shupe and he met us at the office just before midnight. His concern and caring manner were immediately evident. We left our cat in what turned out to first-rate care until the next day. We've been back several times since on follow-ups. The doctors and staff at Coldwater are caring, courteous and obviously know what they are doing.

This is the first vet's office that I walked into with my dog that she wasn't completely freaked out. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and worked me in even when they were booked for the day. Usually my dog is a ball of nerves at the vet, even though she was still anxious she eventually calmed and actually lay down. I appreciate the advanced technology and especially them trying out the ear thermometer before going elsewhere ;) I also greatly appreciate that I'm informed of expenses every step of the way and have the power to choose. Thank you for a great experience, I'm so glad that you guys are just down the road.
