Amazing, amazing staff and Dr. Weber is very knowledgeable and caring. She was the one that first diagnosed my 11 yr Chihuahua with a heart murmur. She would take the time to make sure you felt you were getting your questions answered. As my doggie was headed downhill she helped work with us on trying new medicines to see if it would help her. When she finally needed to be put down Dr. Weber was so caring and let us take time to grieve over her. She helped wrap her body and helped clean her so we could carry her home. It was so hard but the staff made it where we didn't have to pay in front of everyone crying. They definitely took our feelings into consideration. I won't be going to any other vet again. Love Dr. Weber!!! They also sent us a card in the mail and every staff member signed it. It was very sweet.

Ive been to a few other vets in Orem that were over priced and didn't even care for my dog only the money, could never really help me. But this place found exactly what was wrong with my dog when I took him in got him medicine and now he's all better :) examinations testing and medication I got for under 100$. When I went to other places I spent hundreds and they couldn't even tell me what they thought was wrong...( he had a parasite btw )

Pet medical center is by far the best clinic in Utah Valley. The vets, technicians, and assistants all seem to really care about my pets and they all seem very capable and competent. The price is very affordable and I've never had a problem getting an appointment within a day or two. I have no complaints, although one thing to note is that there are no payment plans, and the bill is due once the appointment is over.

I can add my recommendation to the list of reviews here - we have been taking our chocolate lab to Pet Medical Center for about two years for vaccinations, checkups, and minor injuries (from a swollen eye to digestive problems). The staff are great with animals and the doctors were just as gentle and friendly with our dog. What impressed me early on, was when we had our dog spayed and she had to stay at the facility for a few days while recovering from surgery. The next time we took her in for a checkup, she was wagging her tail excitedly as we went inside - clearly not scarred by the event! I believe we usually get Dr. Weber to see our dog - she is always great. I'm a first-time dog owner and the doctor takes plenty of time helping me understand their observations/diagnoses. I will continue to trust our canine family member to their care.

I moved to Utah and needed to find a vet for my 2 year old English Bulldog. I am extremely protective of who I will take my dog to because of the special health issues that bulldogs can face but after talking to friends with an American bulldog and doing some research online we decided to go with Dr. Pew. My dog needed eye surgery for entropion on his lower lids and we got him neutered at the same time. Dr. Pew and his staff did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and now my dog's eyes are fantastic. Also, the surgery cost me about half of what it would have in Cleveland, where I had moved from, and even after the original quote I was given at the first appointment the total came to less than what they quoted me because they didn't have to do as extensive work on my dog's eyes. I am grateful for their honesty and will use Dr. Pew for the rest of his career.
