I have been to this office four times and Dr. Dubril has been to our home once. We are the ones with the litter of puppies on their website. The home visit was expensive but very convenient and I appreciated it. Since then (about 18 months ago) I took in a litter of 4 week old puppies and after checking them, was told that one needed to see a cardio veterinary specialist immediately as she was in heart failure and could die at any moment. She also said all of my other puppies had heart issues. Finding that odd, she rechecked them and backed off on this diagnosis, but said I needed to take the one in immediately. I did not and just waited, as I had read online that young pups have a higher heart rate than 8 week old pups. At 7 1/2 weeks, my husband took the same litter back in, and all were fine with no heart issues. Hmmm, I had not done a thing but wait 3 1/2 weeks. Yesterday, I took a litter of pups in and Dr. Kuncher was great with them. I needed four flight certificates and told Dr. Kuncher I would need them and she said to just come back in. I was unaware she did not work today and would not be in the office for another week. Dr. Dubril said she would have to re-examine the same puppies that her office examined yesterday in order to sign the USDA Health Certificates. She said it was illegal and she would lose her license if she signed off on pups that her partner had checked. ??? I could not believe that I was stuck and could not get the certificates without paying for another office visit and checkup one day later. I ended up going to another vet, which I had to pay for, who told me that all vets in the same office will honor another vets' check ups. The other vet charged me just $44 to check the pups and the health certificates and I would have paid over $125 for the same thing at Pinebrook. When I returned from the vet, a friend of mine called in tears. She needs her standard poodle put down and Pinebrook Veterinary Hospital told her they were too busy today. She said that the receptionist was very rude to her, which is consistent with the same rude behavior I experienced. Odd when I had called two hours earlier, they were wide open with appointments today, and when I went in to visit, no one else was there the 20 minutes we were there. It appears to me that: 1. this vet does not know the heart rate of puppies 2. their receptionist is rude to two people in the same day, who she does not know are friends 3. the vet that will not honor her partners exams and is not afraid to double charge a customer 4. An office that lies about their ability to perform that day. In addition, the prices of their services on line are not accurate. I paid more for a single office visit than what is posted on line, so they have raised their rates. I just cannot imagine anyone EVER taking their animal to this office. We are a small town, not SLC where she drives from and things are different in a small town. We take care of each other and work well together. No more business or referrals from me....

I recently moved to Park City from Salt Lake and decided to take my kitty to Pinebrook Animal Hospital because I thought my 16 year old cat would tolerate the short drive better than driving to Salt Lake City. My sweet lap cat turns into a terror at the vet and Dr. Kunchur and staff were so kind and patient with my little demon:) Dr. Kunchur was thorough with her workup, took time to talk to me and help my kitty feel comfortable, and called me personally with a follow-up plan. I was so happy with the service that I am now a PAH client and will be bringing my dog there as well!

Dr. Dubil always showed exceptional care for our dog and demonstrated an innate ability to describe medical details with clarity. She was very accessible to answer our questions and provided helpful guidance as we navigated end-of-life timing decisions for our sick dog. The first thing she did when she came to our home to put our dog to sleep was to give me a big hug in condolence. As sad as were were to say our final goodbyes to our beloved dog, to is hard to imagine a more peaceful farewell.

I have lived in Park City for over 30 years and I have never had a vet get on the floor with my animals and give them kisses and hugs. Dr. Dubil and her staff are the most professional, most knowledgeable and the most caring staff that I have ever met. You get a great value for what you are charged. I would highly recommend Dr. Dubil to anyone - she and her staff will make you feel like family!

we couldn't have had a better experience the day they opened literally at their open house i approached Dr. Dubil and informed her that we had a very ill cat who needed to be put to sleep.. she offered to have us bring her in at the end of the party and she handled everything perfectly. since that time she has treated 5 of our other cats ( 2 more passed) and all 4 of our dogs. The clinic and all its staff are wonderful warm caring people and emergency or otherwise they are always available.
