Definitely recommend them!!!! When I called to see if I could get my sick cat in to see their doctor, the gal I talked to on the phone was very sweet and told me, although they were busy and there could be a wait, they would squeeze me in that morning. The doctor on staff, I thought, was very nice. He explained, that the symptoms my cat were having were very broad and could signal a number of things, but that he would first like to try medication then proceed to blood work and x-rays if my cat didn't get better in the next week. I thought it was nice to see a veterinarian take into account that I didn't have a lot of out of pocket money to spend and that we could try a step at a time. In the past I've been to vets that want to due EVERYTHING at once and then make me feel bad when I tell them I can't afford it. Riverton Vet's Staff were so caring and understanding, I didn't get that feeling at all!!! I will definitely be taking my cat and future pets to them!!! Best of all my cat got better on just the medicine and I didn't feel robbed.

Poor customer service. Won't answer the phone when busy or call back if you leave a voice mail. Scheduled an appointment for 2pm and when I arrived they were closed.

so my dog needed to get her booster shots, so i called and asked for a price quote and i was told $11 per shot, i said to the receptionist, "this is great your the same price as the humane society but cleaner" she then said, "I know we try to be reasonable" WELL.... i was wrong! AFTER i got my dogs shots she told us the total was $68!! i asked why and she expleained that there is a $35 fee to see the vet, i am not sure why they never explained this to me in the begining, but when i talked to her about it she could obviously care less, NO TOO HAPPY!

Had to take my dog in kinda a busy day got into the waitng room quick but then had the wait like 20 min which was not too bad cause of the interesting informational posters very knowledgeable staff. Fixed bubba up really quickly and the receptionist even gave me tips on preventing the problems
