Have been taking my four~legged kids to Brickyard since the 70's! Wouldn't go any place else. Dr. Sharp and Dr. Allen are kind, loving vets that totally understand how important our kids are. They treat me with respect and such kindness. Love the desk people as well. Clean clinic and everyone is so very concerned. Love my vets!

Brickyard Animal Hospital is our vet of choice. Dr. Conway takes wonderful care of our 2 cats. We've never felt rushed out of her office and I appreciate how thorough she is in her explanations of any services we require. For example, during the two instances that we've had to have a pet in for a procedure that required them to be sedated, Dr. Conway was very conscious of walking us through all of the options and what everything meant. We're always able to get all of our questions answered in a way that isn't just medical jargon. If you're looking for a vet that truly shows a high level of care for both animals and their guardians alike, then I recommend Brickyard Animal Hospital.

I discovered Brickyard Animal Hospital when my dog needed some expensive surgery, and I shopped around for a better price. Brickyard had one of the best prices, a third the price of the first place I went. At first I was nervous about going to a less expensive clinic, wondering if it would mean poorer care, but I have been very impressed. The surgery went well, and all the vets and the staff seem knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. When I have gotten second opinions from other clinics, it always matches what I am told at Brickyard. They take their time discussing things with you, and they can see patients on very short notice. They also don't push extra unnecessary treatments, and they don't charge at all for things like post-procedure follow up visits. Right now my dog is suffering from damage from an intestinal obstruction. They performed a complicated intestinal surgery to remove the blockage. She didn't heal well, probably due to her severe allergies and the prednisone she's taking, so they had to open her back up and perform another 3 hour surgery a few days later. The vet is not charging for the second procedure at all, just the materials. They let me visit her while she was recovering in the back area where the public doesn't normally go, and everything looked very clean and well kept. Now my dog is staying there while they continue to provide her with intensive care. I feel I can trust them both to not take advantage of me financially and to take the best possible care of my baby.

WORSE THAN POOR! The first glance would appear that they lost my dogs remains! They don't communicate with me to see what is going on - Jozi was completely rude and flippant with me about it. And she said 'she didn't have time to call the crematorium to find out where my baby was since it has been 4 weeks in 3 upcoming days' when I explained that was not acceptable and I wanted to speak with the manager of the clinic she informed me that she was not available and I insisted she call the crematorium she then explained ‘ALRIGHT ALREADY’ 2 hours later she still had not called – my husband then went down and found out the name of the place, which he drove down to Pleasant Grove – they did have my pet, he had not been cremated yet because they take an imprint of their paw on a ceramic plaque and fire it with their name, the problem there was they kept breaking. Had she done what we paid them to do and follow up with accurate information would have saved a LOT of heart ache, fear and drive time. I picked them because they were 100.00 less than my regular vet - I guess you get what you pay for! They have NO customer service. When the manager called me to inform me that my pets ashes were back and we could pick him up – I told her about the issues and her excuse was Jozi was from another country – so she too dismissed it! Which is too bad because the Vet himself 'Roddy' was so awesome with me when I had to place my baby in rest. And at the time was considering changing vet’s. Not after this experience! If you like rude people with no customer service skills and don’t like follow through – go ahead and take your pet to Brickyard Animal Hospital because you will feel right at home!
