What absolutely horrible people. My hamster severely injured himself on his cage, but I had to rush to work. I had my brother drop him off and they demanded payment from him before they even treated him, and said he wasn't allowed to drop my animal off for me. They also made him fill out the form twice because his handwriting was too "sloppy" for them. They sent him away without even considering my hamster's health or anything. Terrible, terrible people.

We first met Dr. Gina when our elderly dog had a medical crisis several month ago. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic. She was upfront about all our options and the costs involved with each one, and helped us decide whether or not to put our dog through the surgery. We decided to go ahead and it actually cost us slightly less than we were quoted. They took great care of her and she recovered quite well. When we have had questions or concerns come up, Dr. Gina is always quick to respond and has always been very helpful. We recently adopted 2 kittens and they gave us the first check up for free (we adopted from the Humane Society). We will continue to drive out of our way to have Dr. Gina and her staff provide our animals' care. They are all very caring and go out of their way to make sure we always have a great experience.

Took my dog there for the first time today. Saw Dr. Smith. She took very good care of my 14 year old border collie mix. They did not over sell services and actually recommended less treatment than I would have guessed. I will continue to use them because I think they have a practical approach and are fairly priced.

I highly recommend this hospital. The staff is great and all costs are provided up front before any procedures are done. The vets are great and well-informed. Plus, they offer great coupons for visits on their website.

I took my dog in for a full check up and they did an epic fail. A full check up means looking for signs of worms and anything else. Catch my drift.
