This was a great first time experience with my new blue nose pitbull puppy Kenpachi. I would like to say this is a legit location and I would recommend this place for your dog, great staff professional doctor. Having a guide book or educational booklet for pet owners i believe would be a great addition to your location. Otherwise great job! Thanks!

Our Cocker Spaniel was attacked by a large dog. We took her to West Lake Animal Hospital because it was close. They were amazing our dog received excellent care by people that you can tell love what they do. They even called to check up on her after the visit. Follow up visits were also wonderful our cocker loves everyone there. Thank you guys for being so great. Glad to find a Vet that loves animals as much as pet owners. Amazing people, and great pricing.

A few weeks ago my Maine Coon Cat got out of the house and was gone for 9 days. When he came home someone had hurt him badly, he had a broken foot, a blocked bladder and a dislocated tail. He was in dire need of help. I called numerous vets around the valley and from Ogden to Provo, not one vet would see Mallow without about a $1000 up front, I did not have that money and we had lost a Great dog the day before to kidney failure so I had to do something with the cat for my kids sakes. Every vet told me that if I dont have the money they will have to put him down. I finally called West Lake and Dr. Benson was awesome he took my cat in and drained his bladder and has agreed to work payment arrangements with me to pay the balance. Mallow is on the recovery end we are still assisting him with his bladder but he is doing so much better and his personality has started to come around. He is becoming more trusting after being hurt. I am so so grateful to his staff and to Dr. Benson for saving Mallows life and as soon as this is paid off I will be transfering care of my 2 dogs over to Dr. Benson as well. I am so impressed with a Vet that Actually cares for the animals!

BEST VET HOSPITAL EVER! THEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF MY CAT AND HER KITTENS. DOCTORS AND NURSES ARE AWESOME! VERY FIRENDLY ATMOSPHERE AND VERY AFFORDABLE! THEY ARE MY FOREVER VET NOW!

I was skeptical that a business could have all 5 star ratings but I guess they're real! I took my dog in yesterday. He was lethargic and had a bulge on his neck about the size of a softball. They fit him in between appointments and I had him home around lunch time. I'm sure we'll be back but hopefully not any time too soon. :)
