We recently adopted 2 mini-Schnauzers. The first place we took them to was Mountain View Animal Hospital for a checkup. Dr Rees gave both of them a clean bill of health except that one of our new pets needed a teeth cleaning process. Upon cleaning/examination it was discovered that some teeth needed to be removed to maintain a healthy pet. The procedure was completed with professionalism and compassion.The experiences that I have had with Mountain View Animal Hospital have been very friendly and informative. I highly recommend this Veterinarian Hospital.

My overall experience was fantastic. Our Dr, Dr Conway i believe was super professional and empathetic to our circumstances and showed genuine interest. She was wonderful in explaining her diagnosis of my Cat I would highly recommend this place.

One of our three kitties developed a hyperthyroid condition. MVAH is the only facility within hundreds of miles that can treat this condition with radionuclides. We got to know Dr. Kanda Hazelwood during our Emily's treatment, and we experienced the high level of around-the-clock care that MVAH provides. We were very disappointed when our previous Vet retired, but we felt that we could count on MVAH. We began taking our other kitties there, and Dr. Kanda again came to our rescue, seeing Boo Kitty through first, an episode of renal failure and then later an episode of cardiac failure when we were over 1,000 miles away. Without her expert personal care, I'm certain we would have lost Boo on both of those occasions. We now have all three cats treated at MVAH and we kennel Boo there whenever we leave town. I can't imagine where they could receive better or more caring treatment.

We take our cats to Mountain View Animal Hospital and we feel their attention to our pets has been impressive. They take time and talk to us about treatment, if special treatments are necessary, and associated costs. They spend time with you and your pet and they have been patient a couple of times when I couldn't wrangle one of the cats and therefore had to cancel on short notice. Love their medical service and the office staff, (not so hot on the cat grooming), but for medical they are the "go to" place.

I live in SLC but the extra time to go to Mountain View Animal Hospital is completely worth it! My cat is well taken care of and I trust the staff and vets completely. Other vets were unwilling to answer simple questions over the phone without having the cat brought it and I appreciate that Mountain View helps me recognize when I do and do not need to bring in my cat. I will continue to be a loyal customer even with a 45 min drive! Prices are fair and service is top notch.
