We had the worst experience at WillowCreek Pet Center. We took our dog into boarding for a week over the holidays and when we picked him up he had lost weight, smelled awful and was very sick. He really seemed close to death. We also just found out he has lice, so my suggestion is to never take your dog to Willowcreek for any reason. We are Very unhappy with the care and service our dog received. We will never be taking our dog there again.

We have been using the wonderful services of Willow Creek Vet. since Dr. Campbell first opened his original office around the corner on Highland Dr. Over the 30 years, he has taken care of all of our "puppy people" from the time we rescued and gave them forever homes to the heartbreaking time of losing them. The genuine care and compassion shown to both John and I and our "kids" is why Dr. Campbell is a true hero. We would never take our "kids" anywhere else.

Willow Creek killed my dog and nearly killed my cat. I took my Corgi to be boarded at willow creek for a long weekend (4 days) and when we picked him up, he was limping. We brought him back the next day and the said we needed x-rays, so we complied and paid over $200 for them to say that he was fine and they didn't see anything wrong with him. His limping worsened and his demeanor changed. He no longer wanted to play and seemed to be in serious pain so we decided to get a second opinion from another Vet. The new Vet gave us anti-inflammatories and he seemed to feel a little better of the next couple days. About 5 days after picking Loki up from boarding, his stomach turned black and we rushed him to our new vet. 8 hours later he was dead. Willow creek denied all responsibility for our dogs injury and death that followed. They charged us for boarding and x-rays and we received in turn a dead dog. The second instance of Willow creek failing miserably was with our cat. We had been taking sunny to them for weeks trying to figure why our cat was constantly throwing up. He would puke up his food and then throw up an amazing amount of bile. It was disturbing to watch and agonizing for the cat. The vet at willow creek prescribed their sponsored brand of food for the cat. Things were ok for a week or two and he started throwing up again even more violently. So we brought the cat back. We had spent nearly $700 dollars on vet bills for the cat alone at this time. They wanted to do more tests and charge us more money, which we declined. We went to Dancing Cats and the vet (Dr. Nan) took one look at Sunny and determined that he had a grain allergy and said we should switch to grain free food. We did and sunny got better almost immediately. He put weight back on and rarely if ever throws up anymore. Willow creek is a company that looks to make money whether or not if they help animals. Their facilities are quite nice, but their practices are scheming and purely for the sake of profit. I will never go back and I will encourage my friends and family to go elsewhere for the sake of their pets. If you wish to gamble with the life of your pet, by all means, take them to willow creek. Two things can be assured, you will spend an outrageous amount of services and your problem will be extended as long as possible to make sure that you are a regular returning customer.

They provide exceptional care and have a very caring staff. We have plenty of experience with vets, both emergency and non-emergency as our epileptic and mischievous dog required plenty of care and treatment. Late in his life, we transferred over to Willow Creek and we are so glad we did. The service and level of attention was beyond what we had been accustomed to at the other clinic. Unfortunately, his health issues were too much for his old body, and we had to euthanize him. However, the staff at Willow Creek made that difficult decision more bearable with their genuine and heartfelt support. I really felt that our Ben was in good hands while he was there. They took care of him with expertise and sincere compassion...so much so that Ben seemed almost eager to go to the back the second time we took him in to board him. I would highly recommend this facility.

The Dog Training Center is the BEST! The Trainers are caring, knowledgeable, and very skilled. The Training Center is fantastic. The classes they offer really are tailored to the needs of the family, handler, and dog. Highly recommend this program to anyone that wants to have a well-mannered dog that will be a joy to live with!
