We love Dr. Neville! He is so friendly and really explains everything so that we understand it and he spends a lot of time with us during the visits. He is never pushy when it comes to medications or procedures, unlike so many other vets. Their costs are affordable and they will even script out medications to human pharmacies to save us money! When Dr. Neville is unavailable, we have seen Dr. Maloof - who is also great! Even though Taylorsville is a bit of a drive, we happily make the trip.

I brought my 13 year old chihuahua to VCA. They also gave me a discount on my exam since he was an adoption from CAWS which was really nice. He is a fragile little dog with various health problems, and Dr Neville spent more time with me than any vet ever has. He made sure he answered every little question. I could tell by the way he interacted with my dog that he genuinely loves them and wants to help alleviate any discomfort. Very clean facility and easy to make appointments. Would recommend.

We have been to VCA a couple of times and love them. They are kind and caring. When we have a question they are good to answer it on the phone also. Thanks for being great and taking care of our Lucy!

I took my dog to see Dr Naville a couple months ago to be treated for worms. Well since I had scheduled for a full check up I thought it to be a good idea to ask about another issue my little buddy was having. My dogs nipples are getting eaten by something. The doctor told me it was just dirt without really looking at him. If the doc would have used his nose he would have noticed I had just bathed my dog. I do plan on seeing Dr. Naville one more time since he did show concern in other areas. I just hope I have found a doctor for my buddy that is a constant. I have been to four different Veterinary Hospitals since I moved in February this year.

I brought my pocket pet here recently to be euthanized, and the whole experience went beautifully. I had never brought my pet in before, but they were very accommodating and even had the vet talk to me before hand to ensure euthanization was the right thing to do. The facility itself was very clean and did not smell of animals or urine, which was surprising. The exam rooms were also very clean, and the front desk staff pleasant. I was most impressed by the way I was handled- putting your pet down is always a difficult time, and the tone through the procedure was just right. I specifically chose this place because they did a two-step method which is very humane versus another nearby vet office I had inquired about. Only downside? They are very expensive- cost was $25-50 higher than other clinics I had called, but I feel I got the best experience here. Recommended.
