This service is wonderful if you have an emergency to be looked at right away, but to diagnose and treat general issues, it has been somewhat of a joke. Firstly, they try to get you to spend all this extra money on more tests or special dog or cat food rather than solve the real issue. Overall, they don't appear very professional. They also charged us a fee up front for the DNA testing so it can be spread out over the rest of your plan, but they never told us this and we got hit with 2 $30 payments within a week of each other. Very confusing!

Staff is very nice. We called just before closing with an emergency one night and the tech and doc stayed a couple hours late to treat our dog at no extra cost. The wellness plan is a great value if you get all the shots and dental cleanings.

I brought my mothers dog in for shots and checkup and the lady that checked me in said she couldn't find my appointment and I never knew if she did or not, even though I got in. Once I got into the waiting room, the vet tech that first came in and did the initial set up and questions was nice. The veterinarian that came afterwards was not nice. She asked me if I was planning on spaying my dog and I said no. She got mad at me and starting saying shame on you and all I could say was sorry it's not my dog it's my MOM's dog

They were great! Our 8 week old puppy got sick with an intestinal/stomach issue and Banfield in West Jordan was so helpful! When the tech mentioned Parvo I lost it and couldn't hold back the tears. Instead of making me feel lame for crying she joined me and shed a few tears herself. The vet was also great...he made us feel comfortable and only recommended tests that were needed. They healed our Charlie Bear and we couldn't be more thankful! Thanks Banfield!
