I just moved to West Valley City 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, my 13 year-old dog had a stroke two weeks after I moved here. I immediately called this veterinary clinic and they were able to see me! Everyone there was helpful, knowledgeable and very caring. The care was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. I will be glad to have this clinic as my dog's regular clinic--and I highly recommend them!

ALWAYS EXCELLENT!! I have cats and the vets here are amazing with them. They always put my scaredy cats at ease as well as myself before they do what they need to do so it makes everything easier on all of us. My questions are always addressed and answered to my satisfaction and I can tell the vets care for my animals. This is the most important thing to me. If you want your animals treated with dignity and understanding when they are sick or just need their shots (which is also scary for them) I recommend West Valley Veterinary Clinic VERY HIGHLY!! :)

Service is good, loved the doctors, but billing is shady

Everyone at West Valley Veterinary Clinic always takes such good care of our four dogs. We love Dr. Kim, Dr. Tom, Dottie, Jan, and Pat---they are genuinely concerned about the well-being of each animal, and they all take each animal's unique personality into account when they interact with it, making sure the animal is as comfortable and at-ease as possible. Two of our dogs have dealt with some medical problems in recent years, and WVVC always does what they can to find the most cost-efficient solution while also providing excellent care and solving the problem. I'll never go to another vet again!

We've been going to this clinic for 11 years now. We've always seen Dr. Kim, and she is amazing! She makes you feel listened to, not rushed, and shows your pet that he/she is a priority. We plan on moving much further south, and I still plan on making the drive to this clinic.
