I have been to 5 different Banfield locations across the country. I do not recommend using this location. After knocking the dog all the way out to put in 3 stitches, they brought the poor pup out with the catheter still in her arm. They wrapped the bandage on the paw too tightly, and didn't put padding under the dew claw - which caused another cut and eventually an infection. On my return visit - the vet came into the treatment room (after the pup had been taken into the back) and asked where the dog was... when I started asking questions, she just walked out and said someone else would take care of me. No one did. I was never told how or when to continue routine bandage changes. Rather, i was told to keep coming back to pay for new wraps repeatedly. After a week I went to a different location and got much better service and treatment. I will not be back.

RIDICULOUS! This place treats you like you're at a McDonalds. You wait to go into an exam room. You're in there with a tech for a while. Then they leave, and the vet (or should I say the real vet) comes in. I took my cat there as a new patient thinking it was a convenient place but the treatment I received was impersonal and subpar. The physical exam was nothing like what I've seen for the past 10 years with another vet. Won't go into the particulars but the vet basically gave my cat a cursory exam. Then a month later I asked to make an appt for Saturday (mid-month) and was told they had no available appts that month but I could call the day of and ask if I "could walk in." I replied, the entire month? Yes, they said. RIDICULOUS! I'm going back to my old vet. Even though his office staff is rude, he's a good vet and knows how to properly care for animals.

Waited 30 minutes to be seen by the tech and another 30 minutes to see the actual vet... On a Thursday morning. Staff was friendly but dont come here if you want prompt service..

Worst Banfield I've taken my dog to. They are NEVER on time! No point in making an appointment because they take pets with out one and then your pet will be stuck waiting. When you tell them you've been waiting, sometimes they will put you in a room and you'll wait even longer and then spend 2 minutes with the vet. This has happened on more than 1 occasion. Definitely switching to another pet hospital ASAP.

Friendly Personnel and I like the Female Doctor that my "Sandy Girl" sees. I did the Puppy Wellness Program and was very happy with it. Just signed up for the normal Wellness program which is very reasonable and covers a LOT of potential issues. Great place to go and to shop next door in PetSmart!
