I thought it was great. I don't understand the other reviews. The receptionists were really nice and helpful. The doctor was great and the prices were extremely reasonable. Overall I was really happy with my experience there and have definitely found a vet for my dog.
I, too, thought everyone was very courteous and treated both me and my dog well :)
