I took my Persian cat to see Dr. Jennifer Brindler at Columbia Pike Animal Hospital recently. Dr. Brindler and all of her assistants were extremely nice to my cat! They were very professional. I was seen on time and Dr. Brindler checked my cat and diagnosed her with an ear infection very quickly, and she gave me medication for the cat. Overall, I was very pleased with the professionalism and good atmosphere here. I'd highliy recommend it to anyone with a cat or dog!

We have been going to Columbia Pike Animal Hospital for over 2 years and whenever we go, we always have a wonderful experience. The vets (we've seen Davis Hall, Dr. Flynn and Dr. Navarr) are great with Molly (our pit bull) and it is no exaggeration to say that she gets excited when she realizes she's going to the vet and can't stop wagging her tail. The front desk staff and vet techs. lavish Molly was attention and are quick and responsive with the humans too! We first connected with them when Molly tore her CCL and miniscus and needed surgery. Dr. Davis Hall performed the surgery and went above and beyond to take care of Molly and follow-up with any questions or concerns. I really can't say enough good things about this practice and the people who work there.

My cats and I have been going to CPAH for years, and we love the clinic! The veterinarians are very caring (one of them even came to my apartment to give my kitty her shots, since she knew this kitty was a bundle of nerves), and the vet techs and receptionists are always very helpful and friendly as well. Anyway, everyone at the clinic is just wonderful! I greatly appreciate all the fantastic care they've given my kitties over the years.

We recently moved to the area and needed an emergency Saturday visit for our sick dog. Our current vet referred us to Columbia Pike & we were seen immediately. Dr. Tango was extremely nice and promptly diagnosed & treated our little guy who recovered very rapidly. She even followed up with a call on Sunday to check his progress. I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism & service I received. The fees were also very reasonable. Once we get settled here in Northern Virginia, Columbia Pike will be our new vet.

I'm not sure why people complain about the front desk staff. My experience both on the phone and in person was very good. I did wonder why I answered all of the questions on the phone and had to write them down on a paper copy when I arrived, but that only took a couple minutes so it wasn't a big deal. Once that was squared away the technician took the weight and temperatures of my dogs. Then the doctor came in to do her check-up. She was friendly in her explanation of what she suggested and what was routine for dogs of our breed. After the dogs got their shots we walked back out to pay. The person checking us out at the front desk was still very friendly (a different person from check-in) and gave us a free office visit (roughly $50 off) for being a new client. Overall seemed like a great place, but I can't speak about the boarding facilities. I plan to use them as our regular vet for check-ups and emergencies if they ever arise.
