I've been taking my cats to VCA Annandale ever since the VCA Barcroft Cat Clinic closed its doors about a year ago. The staff and the vets are very nice and competent, and the office is clean and well maintained. Dr. Paradise is a pleasure to work with, as was Dr. Basemore from Barcroft (I believe she's now working at the other VCA cat hospital down on Route 1).

I still don't know what the fuss is all about. I've been bringing my cats here for years both before and after VCA took over after Zehmer and Witter left and the staff has never been anything less than kind and accommodating. Stop by on Friday for vaccines by the way. They do vaccine clinics. Half off :)

First off, I had a great experience going to this animal hospital for the clinic appt. When calling in to discuss prices, the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The front reception was very welcoming for my two dogs. Once getting into our appt. The doctor came out to great us and showed us into the room. We discussed the prices to get my dogs updated on shots and for their heartworm and flea and tick prevention. The even did a price printout and showed me everything and where I could save money PRIOR to do anything! Everything was explained up front. When leaving they were nice enough to provide me with all the documentation I asked for. We will be returning again.

I take my three pets to Annandale Animal Hospital. They have proven to be quick, effective, and friendly for the past 1.5 years. It's not cheap, but that's more due to the northern VA location than anything else (comparing the prices in north carolina).

I have been taking my dogs to this vet for about 12 years now, great people. I tried my local vet a few times but they required appointments ahead and were very inconvenient.
