Excellent clinic - from the front desk staff to the doctors. We have taken both our dogs to Parkway Veterinarian Clinic for 8 years and couldn't ask for better care.

These folks have taken care of our dogs for many years. Great people great service. Reasonable prices.

I have found their staff to be very friendly and responsive. Just today, I called and they picked up immediately, they were very professional and helped with scheduling. I've had good experience with their vets and they were very good with both our cats and our Boston Terrier. They didn't pressure us to perform unecessary surgery to one of our older cats like another clinic we went to. They take the pets care as a top priority but they are reasonable with what is best for the owner and for the pet. Another clinic was more focused on treating the condition no matter what the cost would be. We found Parkway much more understanding and empathetic.

My dog went in for a routine dental cleaning. She was discharged home even though she was wheezing. We were told that was normal, which its not! When we got her home, her breathing became more labored and she passed out. We called them 3 times and were told not to come back in and that all of this was normal due to the anesthesia (which its not!). We took her to another animal hospital and her lungs were filled with fluid! She had Negative Pressure Pulmonary Edema due to inadequate anesthesia administration. It was too late and our beloved dog passed away. They were negligent in causing this in our dog, in not recognizing it, in discharging her when she was wheezing and already showing signs of respiratory distress and they were negligent in telling us multiple times that it was all normal and not to bring her back in! The secretary, vet tech and vet physician are all at fault and I just don't want anyone else to suffer the emotional distress and loss that we are now suffering. Our dog was healthy to begin with and has had dental cleanings before without ever having any problems. They killed her and were negligent on so many levels.

Great clinic! 5 Stars for clinical care. Have taken my dog and cat there for checkups, shots and a neutering (for the cat). Not only is everyone nice and attentive, but its also really reasonably priced. First time I went both cat and dog got shots and a checkup and the cat got some take home meds for a sinus infection and eye infection. Vet and staff were able to handle my exhuberant 65lb yellow lab even though she hates shots. I figured I was in for a big $300+ bill, but the whole deal only cost about $150. If you go for a checkup and a shot, they only charge for the shot! 3 Stars for Boarding. Boarding experience wasn't amazing. Rates didn't feel like a great deal and my cat came back a lot thinner (don't necessarily blame them for that, kitty was probably nervous), and it didn't seem like they played with him or anything.
