My dog has been to multiple vets over the years, as I have moved regularly and he requires frequent vet visits. Due to a significant health condition (that he is now recovered from), my dog had been subjected to uncomfortable procedures and once had to be left overnight so the vets could monitor his condition. He is now skittish of vets and will try to hide behind me or furniture in the room. Other vets have laughed it off and had their vet techs restrain him in order to do a full examination. In contrast, Dr. Dillon has been extremely gentle and patient. She will approach my dog carefully, speak to him in a soft voice, and even let him inspect any instruments that she will be using (like stethoscope). She also uses an ear thermometer, which is a nice change of pace from the butt thermometer that every animal hates - this is just another small way that the animals are afforded a measure of comfort and dignity. Throughout the examination, she will pet my dog and continue to speak in a soft voice. And afterwards, he is given treats! This truly embodies the philosophy of "caring hands" and I am immensely grateful to have found a vet that makes my dog feel safe.

Highly, Highly recommended...large facility, clean, great staff!!

We found Caring Hands in Centreville this weekend when our dog became ill on Sunday. We have had mixed experiences with other clinics in the area but Caring Hands is by far the best. I can not say how proffessional the staff is and Dr. Nagy was was very thourough and calming. As you can imagine, we were extremely upset and they were very patient and helpful for us. Since our visit, they have called several times and sent several follow up emails, including a card for our sick dog. I too highly recommend Caring Hands too.

I've been taking my dogs here for almost 10 years. Our dogs have gotten themselves into some interesting emergency situations and the Vets at Caring Hands have always been amazing. The office knows my dog by name and I can tell they really care about him. I highly recommend Caring Hands!
