We were referred to Family Vet by a neighbor who, like us, was having a stubborn ear problem with their dog that no other vet could seem to get under control. Based on their results and feedback we scheduled an appointment with Dr. Myers. All I can say is WOW! From the very beginning of the appointment the level of attention provided to us and our pooch was amazing, never before have we had a vet spend so much time with us at a personal level. She took in all of our information, explained her theories and provided us with multiple options to consider, each with thorough explanations. After the exam and treatment I can say that the change on our pooch was almost immediate. No more scratching at her ears, being sensitive if we touched them, etc. We also got out of there paying half the price for the amount of services compared to what we would have paid at our normal vet. We are glad to have such a close vet with fantastic doctors, staff and overall service and look forward to bringing our other, and future, dogs to Family Vet!

The service they provide at both Family Veterinary and Middleburg Animal Hospitals is always wonderful and caring. They have state of the art equipment. They care so much about our animals and when one passes on they all share in our sadness because they are like family to them, too.

Dr. Meyer was highly professional and had experience dealing with difficult dogs. Her staff was very kind to Winston and really knew how to handle one-year-old very active dog.

When I moved to Stone Ridge several years ago, I took my cat, Fitch, to Dr. Chau based on the many excellent online reviews. I can tell you that the great reviews are well deserved. Fitch has a number of medical issues (for example, did you know that cats can get asthma and need an inhaler?), and it is obvious that Dr. Chau is incredibly well-versed in how to treat them. She always explains what is happening with Fitch in a way that's easy to understand, and lets me ask as many questions in person/on the phone as needed--I never feel rushed. The vet hospital is the cleanest I have ever been to. More importantly, everyone that I have ever interacted with has been incredibly friendly, and I feel like they truly care about me and my pet. Unfortunately, my kitty has needed several overnight stays, but I am extremely confident that he's getting wonderful care. One time Dr. Chau kept him over the weekend in one of the sunny front exam rooms so that he wouldn't spend his time in a cage. Dr. Chau is also understanding about keeping costs under control while still providing the best service. And finally, I have never once had a problem getting an appointment--something I have run in to with vets in the past. I feel so lucky to have Dr. Chau so close, but I'd drive miles to see her because the care is so wonderful!
