Dr. Masood and his staff (at NOVA Pets Health Center) provide exceptional service and care for our family needs. Whether our dog is there for a routine check-up, receipt of immunization shots, or use of their boarding services, he is treated as a special family member. As we arrive at NOVA Pets Health Center, you can see the joy from our dog by the way he wags his tail and wiggles his body! They make him feel as if he is at home. Our questions are always answered and our concerns always addresses. We appreciate the professionalism and genuine care that Dr. Masood and his staff routinely provide. His sincerity and friendliness certainly made our move to Virginia a memorable and positive experience. Love Doc and his staff and his amazing facility. Our baby girl is always smiles and waggy when we pick her up from boarding. She's well cared for and enjoys the group play with the other visitors. We signed her up for the dog dental wellness plan which is making her care more affordable and we even get a boarding discount every time she stays here. Our girl is getting older and she recently gained 6 pounds in 6 months and she was shedding a ton. Doc put her on a food that would help her out and it has been amazing. She's lost the extra weight, her coat is awesome and she loves the food. We'll continue to tell our friends that NPHC is the best!

A few months ago my dog was hit by a car on a Saturday afternoon. We were new to the area and did not have a vet for our dog. When he got hit we rushed him to a couple of different vet offices but they were closed. I Googled the closest vet, it was Dr Masood. We called the office and talked to the kennel personnel. We explained the situation, minutes later Dr. Masood called us back and met us at the office and took great care of our dog. We have since boarded our dog several times with Dr. Masood, our dog has loved it. We have really appreciated the personal touch that Dr. Masood and his staff has offered us.

You want to take your animals here! Dr. Masood works with you to achieve your goals for your animals health. I have been to Vets before that like to run up a huge bill doing needless tests, and in the end your pet still has the problem, and now you are broke. Dr. Masood is honest and competent, and his staff are excellent. The facility is the nicest I have ever been to, take your pets here, you will be amazed.

We were very impressed with every aspect of this vet. We travelled a long way to see them because a friend strongly recommended them. We were seen immediately, they didn't act rushed at all when they were talking to us, they made us feel important and answered all of our questions and listened to what we had to say. For us this was a very expensive surgery, so much so that we had to have a fundraiser to pay for it, but their pricing was half what we expected to pay. They were gentle with our dog, and our dog loved them on sight. They were even sweet when he defecated in their hallway. The appointment was only supposed to be a consultation to confirm that he needed surgery, but they took him immediately because they said they didn't want us to have to drive all that way again. We were going to be separated from our dog for a couple days, and they encouraged us to come and see where he was being kept; his kennel was spacious, with a cozy bed and a little window to look out of and it was very clean. He didn't even seem upset to be left there. Our dog appears to be recovering quickly from his surgery, and they've checked on us to make sure he's still doing alright. Definitely the best experience we have ever had with any vet.
