My dog (hound mix) went in for an update on some shots. The vet was extremely thorough in checking my dog's general health. He was also very patient and friendly with my dog. I was pleased to see how knowledge and genuinely committed he was to running the clinic and helping animals. We learned that my dog would need to have his teeth cleaned, and they explained how I could save money for the procedure. By the way, I'd have to say that their charge was much, much lower that what my brother had to pay for the same procedure. I highly recommend the clinic and the entire staff.

I have taken "Princess" to the Chester Animal Clinic since we moved to Chesterfield in 2003 and have boarded her at the Resort since its inception.(We are frequently our of town.) Princess has a number of health issues and has received excellent care from the vets and staff at CAC. The staff are friendly and truly care about their patients. Princess loves "vacations" at the spa when we are out of town. The staff spoil her and she is always excited when we arrive and she knows she is going to stay. I have been very pleased with both her health care and the attention she has received at the spa. On a couple of occasions she has experienced problems and they have been very prompt to call me to tell me about the problem and make recommendations/;ask permission for treatment. I feel fortunate to have this quality of care as well as a premium boarding facility so conveniently located.

We have entrusted all our pets to the wonderful care of the doctors and staff Chester Animal Clinic for more than a decade. They always put our dogs' health first, and we recommend them without reservation.

I absolutely love the veterans and staff at this place (they are very friendly ) but I will NEVER take my dog to the daycare again. I was taking him just about everyday and one day I went to pick my dog up and his paw was bleeding I had to say something to the staff to have them look at it (something you would expect them to point out to you, especially that obvious) another time I picked him up he had received an examination with his shots and that night I saw a bump on his side I had to take him to the emergency vet and he told me it was force trauma to his abdominal area. Now.. he had a exam that said nothing was wrong to include the abdominal area (they break it down on the sheet) that day, did they just check the block (you pay for the exam). I just hate the fact that I had to take him to the emergency vet when the daycare is attached to one. It really made me wonder if the actually watch them close enough outside when they play, but if why not make sure they are ok at pick up. Very disappointed.

Caring and loving to my dogs. My older silky terrier Misty would have died from a copperhead bite if it were not for the vet's and staff at Chester Animal Clinic. They could have let her go but their treatment was thorough and compassionate. She made it and they still treat her as the special dog she is. Out other silky, Holly
