Absolutely wonderful staff and facility. You can tell they really love animals. They helped me out tremendously when the Ft. Lee vet clinic made no effort to help me and my cat. After that, I switched all my pets to this clinic. They work with you and they don't try to get you to pay for unneeded procedures unless absolutely necessary. Reasonable prices and we get a military discount.

Terrible. Been going there for years. The first time we had an emergency and needed them they could not help. Said they would fit us in at a certain time. Waited 1 & 1/2 hours and finally left. Had to find a new vet. Fine if you have an appointment. But even if a long-term customer don't expect any help if you ever have an emergency.

Very professional service. Provided the best possible support during a time that was extremely stressful. Dr Green and crew were extremely knowledgable and caring. Moved my dog there after getting less than what I expected from another facility. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

All of the vets at Colonial Heights Veterinary Hospital are compassionate, caring animal lovers who provide the best possible care, without adding unnecessary expense just to pad their bill. They truly have your pet's best interests at heart, and are thoughtful in following up to check on your pet after an illness. I've never experienced the "stuck up and not very friendly" staff another reviewer posted, and with three senior pets, I'm a pretty frequent flyer. They are a BUSY staff, but they are always courteous, caring and professional in my opinion. This is the only vet hospital south of the river that I would trust the well being of my furry children with.

Great vet hospital with wonderful doctors and a caring staff. Dr. Metry is my favorite doctor. She is just so sweet and professional. I would recommend her with an A++++++ rating! I've been going here 5 years and never had a bad experience.
