Every experience with them has been great. I have an older dog that most of the time has to been seen right then and there and they always get me right in no problems. Then there is Bella that is such a handful they make a room right available for me to take her to when I get there. Couldn't do it without there help, compassion and understanding. Overall they are simply the best!!!!

Dr Smith and all the assistants are so kind and helpful. I lost my sweet Bitsy in September but they helped me care for her in her old age. She lived to age 14 which is pretty old for a cat. They were great at the clinic and I will go back as soon as I get a new baby to live with me.

Doctors Smith and Rohrig are both at the "top of their game", as competent, skillful vets with genuine care and concern for your pet's health. The support staff is equally knowledgeable and very helpful. I am always greeted by name and treated like family. I love this vet and take my five chihauhaus and one cat there. Also, they send out appt and care reminders to keep you on track, and recommend new pet products, especially when there is a sale. You will love this vet!!!

I love Mt. Hermon Animal Clinic! They truly are a family vet. They know me, and all of my family members and our pets by name. I never wait more than 2 minutes before being brought back to a room, and I'm usually in and out in less than 30 minutes. They are also wonderful about helping me process the insurance claims to my pet insurance company. The clinic is always extremely clean and smells nice. The grooming services by Mallory are also the best! The care and love that my pets receive while in the hands of Mt Hermon Animal Clinic makes them (and me) feel at home!
