We have been very pleased with both Drs. and the staff at Potomac Valley, they listen and provide sound medical advice, with (2) 15 yr old dogs and (1) 3 yr old they have helped us through difficult times. This week we had to put our girl dog down, we called at 10:40 PM and Dr Cheema met us at their office at 11:00 PM, assisted with determining the source of the problem and helping with the decision to let her go peacefully. I am not aware of any other Vet's practice that would not have just sent us off to the emergency vets - this was truly professional, kind and compassionate to help us at that time of night. Vet bills are expensive and I find that both brothers understand costs and try to approach services realistically. I would highly recommend Potomac Valley Vet Hospital to pet owners.

Drs. Cheema and Cheema truly love animals. They have cared for two dogs for me -- a mature dog with significant health issues and a young, bouncy puppy. They give sensitive, thoughtful, reasonably priced care during relaxed pet exams. They put each animal (and owner) at ease. They're also generous in sharing their expertise on dog training and obedience issues. I highly recommend them and won't take my dogs anywhere else.

Both the brothers have been great. At least in my experience this is a low pressure private practice, these guys are NOT salesmen like the other person said. My dogs have gone to VCAs previously and all they wanted to do was give shots & treatments endlessly... regardless of my dogs activites and age. Here they treat what I ask them to, they do the ear cleaning nail clipping etc right there in front of me and handle my dogs with care. Oh and they're much less expensive than the VCAs... very appreciative.

Both VMD Cheema brothers are sensitive and thoughtful in my opinion. My two dogs (ori pei and jack russel) respond well to the doctors. This hospital's strongest attributes are personalized service and fair pricing (by that i dont mean cheap, but fair) Both of my pets will go there for the rest of their days
