THIS PLACE IS NOT A GOOD VET !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my moms Dog had been sick over and over with gland problems after she was attacked by cyoties a couple years ago they did not care for her in a good way at all once she got a busted gland they put her on antiobotics and sent her home well a few months later she went in for her glands again and they put her on meds for thyroids well 3 days later she stopped eaating we called and called they said its ok just a side affect of the medication she will be ok. they never tested her for anything elce never wanted to see her or anything. this went on for a month the poor beagle didnt eat with out being forced with a suringe for a month she was loosing so much weight and they still said she will be fine as long as she was drinking we tried to tell him she was throwing up her water and food and meds but still nothing so we called another Vet in town over he wanted to see her rite away. he kept her over nite and was very concerned cause the meds where killing her liver and she was shitting down. he gave her new meds took her off the thyroid meds and gave her antiobiotics cause she had a massive infection in her body cause when the vet did her glands some of it poisoned her system. this vet kept her for around a week flushing her system and giving iv antiobotics and meds to calm her liver down but it didnt work the wonderful sweetest dog ever lost her battle thanks to healing Springs. i will never use them again and do not recomend them to anyone. bad thing was we where not the only ones in the other vets offce that day that there dog was dyeing from healing springs. the vet said he has seen a huge increase in the patience from healing springs cause they put dogs down for no reason and they dont treat the dogs for the rite things. I WILL NOT BE USEING THEM AGAIN... and IF u LOVE YOUR animal i suggest u dont take them there.

I've been pleased with the quality of care at Healing Springs for years. A new place opened up closer to me, and my parents pressured me to take my dog there. My dog had been vomiting and had diarrhea. The other place fumbled through an exam and gave me two prescriptions. One day later, my dog was not better - maybe worse. So I took my dog to Healing Springs like I knew I should have done in the first place. Dr. Jenkins examined my dog, prescribed two different medicines, took me off the others and said they weren't needed. My dog was much, much better in a matter of hours. I won't try shopping around again. Healing Springs is my pick because their doctors are intelligent and effective.

I have had multiple animals cared for at Healing Springs for over ten years, including frequent boarding when I travel and vet care. I've had several animals that we've had to put down and some surgical procedures. The staff has been surprisingly compassionate, in tears when they had to put down a dog that had been hit by a car. Prices are very, very reasonable, the staff friendly and competent. I recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

So I just had another experience where I called Healing Springs in the middle of the night and they were quick to answer my call and meet me at the clinic. I now have friends telling me they are using vets that won't see their own emergencies. That's just crazy. Healing Springs has always been good vets for me for years and they just keep getting better. This fall they started using an endoscope machine for spays and surgeries. Before that they started doing echos on hearts. Last fall they started using laser therapy. Before that, they added acupuncture. Healing Springs has always been a good fit for the Twin Counties because they give you choices. From low cost to cost is no object, they give me options. I don't always chose the high-end option, but it's nice to know I have vets who know the difference. I've been going to Healing Springs for years. They've had the same staff for it seems like as long as I can remember. Everyone there is always super nice. Sometimes they have clients packed out the doors, but not always. It's because so many people have figured out how good Dr Jenkins and her staff are. Not just nice, good at what they do.

I am so tickled. My Buster had a lick granuloma on his front paw. Would not heal for nothing or nobody. Awful. Except Healing Springs was able to get it healing again - after months and months of this open sore that Buster could not stop licking!!! Healing Springs used their cold laser therapy on Buster. After the first appointment, he was licking it much less. It wasn't too long before hair was growing back. These girls, and a couple guys, are really good at what they do. I appreciate them so much.
