I suppose Banfield does a good job, and their Brook Road location is quite convenient. However, when I picked up two cats from comprehensive exams, I was given medicine without a complete explanation of why I received it. The paperwork given to me gave general descriptions of potential conditions, but said nothing about whether or not it pertained to either of my cats. You can bet they'll get a phone call tomorrow for clarification ... which should have been provided today, without asking.

The staff took care of me and my cats starting with my questions through excellent, fun and friendly service through concerned and careful Veterinary care by Dr. Swenson. From Customer Service Reps to VA's, this place rocks, and is a great and relatively inexpensive price value as well. Two paws up!
