I use to visit a different vet in the area that is highly popular and pricey to match. I had been to mercury animal hospital years ago and decided to go back there for help . Needless to say our baby girl tested positive for parvo:( Dr Henry explained options such as hospitalization which he admitted is very pricey , when we told him we could not afford that he did not make us feel bad at all nor did he have that well I guess your dog will die attitude. He took time to personally tell me things that I can do at home to help my success rate. And was very clear that he wanted me to call and keep him updated on her status. And needless to say my baby girl is up and running around after four days of 24 hour care and syringe feeding. And eating on her own. THEY ARE AMAZING AND PRICES ARE FAIR AND THEY REALLY REALLY CARE ABOUT ANIMALS.. IF YOUR DOG IS SICK TAKE THEM HERE FOR THE BEST TREATMENTS (MEDICAL AND EMOTIONAL)

I was on the road with my dog and realized I left his heartworm and flea/tick meds in New England (heading to Atlanta). They were very helpful and, after seeing his paperwork, were willing to let me buy a month of each. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If I lived in the area, I would bring my dog there!

I've been taking my animals here for three years. They're overpriced, charging $54 for an annual exam which is required with the annual shots. This exam consists of them feeling their body, and taking their temperature. If your animal gets sick be prepared for a guilt trip because they'll make you feel like crap. And if you board you dogs their you should know they're in kennels more than 12 hours a day. I only chose this place because the SPCA offered a discount for the first appointment, but don't waste your money!!

I will never take my pet there again. If you say its a free dental visit and you still charge me for minor exam $34, thats wrong!!! Awful service.
