Excellent care and Attention paid to My Pet. 1st class Medical Center for all Pets!

wonderful people from the people at the front desk to the doctors, also a great boarding facility.

I have taken all of my pets to this Veterinary Office since I moved to the area, and it's the best Vet I've dealt with since I moved to Virginia. They have a very clean and spacious waiting area, with segregated access between dogs and cats, the staff is very knowledgeable and they have great customer service. They were also able to diagnose a problem with my cat that 2 other vets attributed to a behavioral problem. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone!

Not very helpful at all!!! I have a prescription for a special diet for my cat from my vet who is 30+ minutes away ... it's snowing outside, I called this vet who is 4 miles away ... can I get my food from them with the script so I don't have to drive all the way to my vet? No!!! They wouldn't sell it to me cuz they had not seen my cat, even if my vet called them, faxed them the script, they would not sell me simple low protein diet food. Pretty sad since I can even order it on line without a script!! I told my vet about it and they were very shocked!!! They do NOT have excellent customer service and my pet's health is NOT their top priority which are their two claims to fame.
