The people who work there are nice enough and give you plenty of information, but the cost was overwhelming. $610 for being there for 20-30 minutes to have a 3 month old kitten's heart checked out. Unfortunately, we will not be able to bring our cat back to see how his progress is because we can not afford it, so we will have to hope for the best and that our long time vet will be able to tell if his condition is going in a better direction. It breaks my heart to have to accept that. After bringing him home we are also starting from square one with re-acquainting him with our other cat, as the smell on him from being at the hospital is so strong that she does not recognize him at all.
