Expect delays but when your turn comes you will receive unhurried personal attention by caring compassionate and competent staff at very fair prices; and, your pet will appreciate their kind and gentle handling.

Our experience to date has been wonderful. Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable service is provided within a reasonable.time frame. I have called and come in without an appointment and while I did wait for a bit, (considering wait time in any emergency room, this was nothing!) they took an extensive amount of time with us. I have not gone with a true "emergency" but given the way we were cared for as drop-ins and as continuing clients, I have no doubt that they would promptly care for an animal if it was in a real state of emergency. Our first experience with Diamond Hill was when our Daughter's cat became ill. He had cancer. Not only did they give options and care well for the cat, both my Daughter and my Husband sensed that they had great compassion toward her as she walked through that time.

NEVER use Diamond Hill Animal Hospital! My dog Ruska got spayed there last year and surprise she is in heat right now! 6 months ago when she was in heat they diagnosed her with a UTI over the phone! AWFUL! Now she has to have surgery again...poor thing :( Thanks to Dr. Henry and Peaksview Animal Hospital for getting her spayed the right way!

Dr. Dixon and staff are always friendly and willing to do whatever it took to take care of our animals quickly and for a reasonable price. I've taken three dogs, two cats and nine puppies there in the past four years. It's great to have them downtown.

Terrible costumer service. Vet is not there til hours after they open and will not see your pet unless you make an appointment or drop your pet off. Walk-ins are not welcome. When asked about when said pet would be seen when dropped off was told it could be all day.
