Worst vet experience ever. I brought my two cats in and the vet didn't read the paperwork I brought for their file, didn't take their temperature, didn't use the light to check their eyes and ears. He was extremely rough with them and did not try to comfort them while he was doing the physical exam. He did not address the larger one's weight either. They were taken to have blood drawn and my Himalayan came back with almost her entire bib shaved and she had visible cuts and punctures on her neck in several places. I had two wellness exams which should have been $69 a piece and senior blood work done. I paid $423. It took them 20 minutes to check me out after I had to bother them several times. After this time the dental work recommendation that was my primary objective still had not been put into the system so I left with no information or pricing on that and they did not print me out an itemized invoice. They just gave me a receipt for the credit card payment. I would rather pay another two exam prices somewhere else to get shots and dental work than take my animals back here.

When my “Lil Monster” decided he was going to eat a sock, which later resulted in him becoming quite ill, I took him, without hesitation, to Blooms Crossing. They have always been his primary vet they were eager to help, as always. They really seem to care about the animals and do pretty well with their humans too. They usually define that I need more calming in an emergency than the Monster does. I’ve recommended them for year to others and will continue to do so. Thanks for always taking care of us and keep up the great standards of service.
