I had my yorkie groomed there and they did a terrible job. They left her face beard hair long and did not clean around the eyes were she normally gets tears from. She also has spots on her leg where it appears the clippers ran wild. Any credit card users should also beware that they charge a 3 percent surcharge.

One stop shop for everything for my dog. Boarding is great because I can get him groomed before I pick him up. Also, there's a vet there in case he gets sick or needs shots while boarding.

I would not trust any one else-I just tell them we are going to Yappie and Frosty and Fox bark joyfully and dance around. The grooming is exceptional and the price is great!

As a dog day care manager and supervisor of a grooming program, i was very impressed with the facility and your manager, Tammy. I think her heart is right where it needs to be - the best interest of the dogs. In all, a terrific place!

Here is the issue I took my 3 months puppies weighing 18 pounds to them. This was was suppose to be an easy job. Well my first issue began when they explained the puppies needed rabies shots. Let me get this right I said you want a 3 month puppy to get a fatal shot that can possible kill them at there weight. They replied yes it is policy and they can't do anything about it. They then explained to me that u can get rabies shots at 12 weeks. Which I then answered yes for a heavier animal you have a vet there go ask him. Well we can't do this because of policy. Now for a vet/saloon you would think that they would understand that I wouldn't risk my puppies health for a saloon visit. There response is how do we know the puppies are safe. OMG really I sitting here fighting with u about health hazard with my puppies and you just insulted me saying well we can't trust you. Have you even paid attention through this conversation or just saying what comes to mind? They finally allowed the puppies to get there saloon the work was nice but the stupidity is why I will never return. If you really need ignorant people telling you things that a vet who has more accommodated to there name then go for it.
