After my dog got sick, the doctors were able to quickly diagnose him and make him comfortable for the night before having surgery next door the following morning. Throughout the following 12 days, my dog underwent two surgeries, two plasma transfusions, a blood transfusion, tests, and medications. Sadly my dog is in Heaven now but the facility was nothing less than professional and sympathetic. They treated my dog so well and were all very sad when he didn't make it (at zero fault of the doctors - it was a blood disorder). I was able to call often and visit my dog throughout the day. I highly recommend them for emergency services. They are great people!

Dr Smith and all the others involved took very good care of my pet and correctly diagnosed the condition. He had to stay overnight and I did not have a worry in the world that he would be well taken care of. The absolute BEST place in the WORLD to take your pets. I have never met the most welcoming and kindest staff in any place else ever. The place is super clean and smells nice. Taking my pet here was a treat even though it was a bad situation. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone! Thank you to all....:)

Had the unpleasant duty of needing to euthanize our elderly cat. It was Sunday so my normal vet was closed but this vet was open 24 hours per day. I called ahead and the receptionist answered the phone promptly and politely. She gently and kindly walked me through the procedure, options and costs over the phone. They were ready for us once we arrived. Everyone was very caring, supportive and kind. The Doctor and staff were competent and sensitive to my family's needs and the entire procedure was executed orderly, according to our timing and without any pain to our beloved cat.

Dr. John was AMAZING with my dog. He really knows how to handle large breeds.

We took our puppy here for the first time last night. We thought she had poisioning, but the doctor determined it was pnemonia. The staff was very comforting and professional. The doctor was very personable and took the time to explain things repeatedly. There was no llne when we went ona Monday at 9pm. We were very happy with the wait time and service received. These are very compassionate people who truly care about the animals.
