I met Dr. Bill many years ago (1990, I think!) after I got my first rescue dog that had knee problems. I have had two more dogs and now 3 cats, and Dr. Bill has always provided the best care, had a compassionate attitude, and been nothing but nice. All the employees and other vets are so considerate, and I feel they truly love my animals. When I was out of town several years ago, my little dog was attacked by a larger dog. Though my dog had to have emergency surgery somewhere else, Dr. Bill took over her care and took the time to explain things to me & let me know what to expect. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Bill's Pet Infirmary is the best veterinary clinic I have EVER experienced! I have taken dogs and cats to them and they are great with both. Their staff is so caring and compassionate which was especially appreciated when one of my dogs got hit by a car and need intensive care treatment and another sadly reached a point and had to be put to sleep. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.

Wonderful vets and staff. I've been taking my pets there for over 20 years. From puppies and kittens to older pets, have gotten the best care and compassionate attention.

I have been going to Dr. Bills for a number of years now. I've always been impressed with their professionalism and service. Two days ago I had to have my 17 year old cat put down. The event was very hard emotionally, but Dr. Bill's supportive attitude and demeanor made ALL the difference. His kind words and empathy really helped me cope with the decision that had to be made. I cannot say anything but Thank You. i've told a number of people about what had to be done, and I always find myself coming right back to describing the great personal care I received from the Doctor.

I met Dr. Bill about 24 years ago and he took care of my cats with more compassion and patience than any vet I've ever seen. He helped me through treatment of kittens and cats, and the death of my old cats. He even waived a fee for euthanasia with one. I've had many cats and many vets and there is a special place in my heart for Dr. Bill. Always reasonable, always caring. He moved pretty far from me and I usually take my cats for basic care closer to home. When I need someone to really care, I take my pets to Dr. Bill's. Tomorrow I'm taking my favorite pussycat to my favorite vet (Dr. Bill's) for dental care. I'll be driving about 1/2 hour over icy roads to get there. There are cheaper vets and more expensive vets all around me and very close. There isn't a better vet anywhere. I, for one, am happy to see that he has been successful with a full veterinary clinic. Other people who live close to him, swear this is the only place they'd take their rat, dog or cat. I've worked with other vets in the office and they have always been compassionate and practical.
