I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Banfield. I had been taking my dog ( Leonberger/Mastiff mix) there for years. As my dog reached her elder years she developed cancer, and we had to make the decision to put her to rest....I have to say Dr. Fig has an amazing heart and walked us through an awful time. The staff was accommodating and very sweet to us. Thank you Banfield staff for being there through some of the happiest and saddest times! We will be back....... one day =)

I have been taking my golden to Banfield at Military HWY for 5 years. They are great! Nice friendly and always helpful. I signed up for the optimum wellness plan and it has been the best. the onlything I have had to pay for were medications and even they were discounted. My New Pup is on the puppy plan and they have been great with him and his quirks. He is on the puppy plan, and its been a great help. I only ever pay for ear cleanings and nail clipings and triflexis when I go in. Read the find print in your wellness plan contract before you agree. They are very rigid on the rules. Ask questions if you don't understand the verbiage, and if you need to cancel make sure you notify them in writing in person of you are still under contract.

I love Love this place, Both the Banfield Pet Hospital and the Petsmart are always super clean, they have the best staff and they truly care about your pets. Every time I go they take a few minutes out of their busy day just to play with Rocco our Rottie. I love going to that Petsmart and office around holidays they have the cutest decorations and displays. The classed offered there are pretty awesome to :).

The people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. They really loved my puppy. I had a feeling this was going to be a great place, but it wasn't. Once I was called back into the room the nurse came in and wanted to re vaccinate my puppy who just had shots that week. I told her no and she had an attitude with me from there on out. Then the doctor came in an checked my puppy. And from my description diagnosed my puppy with roundworms. and gave him medicine for it. Well a week went buy and the worms still weren't cured and i did research myself and discovered the doctor had misdiagnosed him. So I had to go any buy an over the counter medicine and it cured it right up. I will never be taking my puppy there ever again.

Petsmart sold me a chinchilla who weighed half of what he should weigh. He had seizures five days after I purchased him. I returned him to them to have him seen by the vet at Banfield then picked him up the same day. Later he got even more sick so I took him to a vet who told me he was severely underweight and that was what caused his seizures. When I went to Petsmart to see his paperwork from Banfield they told me that the vet didn't perform any tests on him while he was there and just "observed" him to see if he'd have any more seizures. I asked if he was weighed and they said he was, but did not show me his paperwork. I don't know how they could not know that he weighed less than half of what he should weigh. He also had parasites. Before I even took him to Banfield I asked if they deal with chinchillas and I was assured that they do. I don't know how they could look at him a day after he had five seizures and not know that he weighed less than half of what he should weigh and not perform ANY tests on him at all. I'm not even sure if he was ever weighed because I was not able to look at his paperwork. They could have just told me they don't deal with chinchillas. My pet almost died because they didn't care enough to tell me the truth.
