We took our dogs here for years, and for regular checkups and vaccines this place is just fine. But whenever our dogs have had irregular issues, the doctors aren't so great. They are dismissive of our concerns and the generic solutions they provided (e.g.: feed rice and broth; give glucosimine), if they provided solutions at all (e.g.: "It's probably nothing") rarely helped. The final straw was when one of our dogs had a potentially fatal emergency. They kept us waiting, they eventually figured out they couldn't help us, but only after taking extra X-Rays and running up our bill. They sent us to an emergency veterinary clinic, and said they would have all of the information sent over to the veterinarian's. But they did not send the information, and the vet they sent us to also could not help us (which that vet told us in a timely manner, did not charge us, and sent us to the correct emergency clinic). When I called Churchland Animal Hospital to let them know that the emergency clinic did not have the equipment and was not able to help us, they didn't care and they didn't even ask how our dog was doing.

Good care by the Dr.s and vet techs but WOW are they expensive!

Absolutely the best experience with any vet we've taken our puppy too. Very Friendly. Great Enviroment. Would reccomend this Vet to anyone. Dr. Hamiliton is amazing. They did background check since we have taken her over seven vets due to moving across country requiring paperwork that proved she was vaccinated. Awesome! They also did the research to track down what was missing so we werent charged for things that wasnt nessary.

Dr Hamilton and his staff are wonderful. The service is exemplary and the fees are more than reasonable. The office was very clean and comfortable. We took our cat to Churchland for a 2nd opinion and decided to stay with them. Our kitty is doing fine after his surgery and we are so happy that we found this office. I will be recommending them to all of our friends.

They took wonderful care of my kitty, even though she was a handful. I would highly recommend this animal clinic to anyone who wants great care to be given to their pets!
