been taking my dogs here for years, but after overpriced charges and lame excuses I am certainly searching for a new vet. At one time I was taking 4 dogs to Betty Baugh's Now down to two one which is has advanced arthritic joints, and significant mobility issues. They take less time with her and never discuss what they did during her laser treatments. For all I know they take her in the back and do nothing. Front office staff, always have an excuse why something didn't happen. Most obvious choice blaming the "new computer" system. Hey it's 2015 computers have been around now for quite a while. Learn how to do your job and be responsible for CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! When I purchased an herbal pain relief product for her the clinic's price $97. Same product and amount purchase on line $49- I knew there was a mark up but I had no idea I was being robbed. Lesson learned, and shame on me for being so trusting. I want the best care for my dogs, but certainly don't want to be fleeced in the process. Beware!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They used to be good. Used them for years, but no more. Staff and doctors are incompetent. Took my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in for what appeared to be an ear infection. Young vet said it was glue ear. Gave us medicine. When the ear didn't get better, we went to a different Vet for a second opinion. Low and behold there was a piece of grass stuck at the bottom of the ear canal. The vet at Betty Baugh's didn't even bother to look in the ear. Stay away from these people. Never again. The whole place is full of incompetent people.

Absolutely love them! Every doc I encountered was terrific. And the front desk staff and the tech's are great. A truly professional and caring office. Extra kuddos to Amanda C. for being so gentle with my not so friendly cat.

We adopted two kittens through Betty Baugh. The adoption process was simple and straightforward. Over the past several months we have been there multiple times for kitten shots, along with spay/neuter and declaw. The whole team at Betty Baugh's has been very helpful, and provides great customer service.

I've taken my dogs here for many, many years and always raved about the quality of care and professionalism of the staff...BUT....in the last couple years both have dramatically changed. I've had to deal with unauthorized, invasive procedures being done, incorrect and conflicting information in my dog's file, receiving conflicting and confusing information from what has become a group of children running the front office, only to have my complaints to a doctor I once had great respect for dismissed by lame excuses. She actually acted defensive instead of concerned about the problems. It is now all about the money and nothing more. This place is on a steady decline and after being with them through many years am forced to find a new vet. The irresponsible, unprofessional little girls they have handling things now is simply unsafe.
