My neighbor swore by this guy and witnessed all I am writing. At my appointment, they did not know why I was there. Suess and his trainee both brought up unrelated previous illness as the reason I was there and charged over $125 for misreading the file. The trainee asked if I just wanted to cut my dog's leg off and then find out his tumor wasn't malignant when I asked why an x-ray would pick up a chest tumor when the paw tumor wasn't showing up. Then he told me biopsy results would be back in 1-2 days. I changed a flight to be able to hear results and respond to treatment options because of this. When the results weren't in, they said they meant 5-7 days. When Suess was told all of this he didn't listen (lalala). When I again asked him what he thought about the bedside manner and false time frame, he responded "I treat your dog like he's mine." Cobblers kids have no shoes. The diagnosis was non-ostial osteosarcoma which my new oncology doctor says is as meaningless as it sounds. I paid over $1500 and do not have any faith my dog's results are even his at this point.
