We took our sick dog here. When we said we wanted to do everything possible for our terminally ill dog but price posed an issue. The vet said " It must be that time of the year" meaning Christmas. Our dog died over the weekend. We called the vet during the weekend to let them know what happened and left a message, The vet returned our call on Mon. and her only question was "how do you plan to pay your bill?" (We put $200 down and all we owed was $100). I told her to bill us. We highly recommend you find another vet in Roanoke.
