I switched to Valley Animal Hospital on a recommendation of a family member. My cat had been recently diagnosed with diabetes by another vet, but their care was lacking. Dr. Staley at VAH got him regulated within weeks. Most recently he had a severe gallstone attack and Dr. Staley diagnosed this and referred me to VA Tech for the surgery. VAH and Tech communicated wonderfully on the care of my cat and he was soon nursed back to health. Dr. Staley even took her personal time to pick my cat up from Tech when he was discharged to bring him back to VAH until I could get back into town to pick him up! I can't say enough good things about them and the level of care they give your pet! From the minute you walk in the door, you feel like family.
