I love the way the staff treats every patient like he/she is the most important thing in the world. Ducky adores Dr. Guth!

Jaimie is one of my favorites here in AGAH as she also watches my cats from time to time...she is awesome! Dr. Kennedy is also one of my favorite vets, in fact I generally request her. The entire staff was, as always wonderful.

They seemed genuinely concerned about my little guy's health and that it very important to me. Everyone is very friendly and caring.

Our Visit was for two of our dogs ones was for a checkup and to pick one up from his neutering. The whole visit was 2 hours long. They informed me when I dropped off the dog for Neutering that he needed to stay overnight. When I came to pick him up at 7 the next day they were confused as to why I didn't pick him up the day before..... They also "didn't have time to give him his pain medicine" this infuriated me!!! Everything was disorganized and no one had great communication. It was also very expensive. $460 for his neutering..... we paid over $1,000 for this visit.... My husband also did not like how the finances of the company were being discussed with confusion out in the open, instead of in an office. I did not pay witness to that. The only thing that gave me comfort were the employees, it was the only good thing about this visit. They were all very nice and apologetic. The place looks awesome, but it's obvious where the money is going.

Well, I moved to this area 2/12 years ago. I always take my animals there because is near my house. The staff is friendly but many times I have problems with the waiting time. They say one thing in the phone, but when you get there, things are different.They are very expensive also. I will suggest you to look for another place. I am not going back there.
