They are great! I travel to have my pets seen there forgoing closer vets and even closer Banfields. Really are the best!

Last year, my beagle mix developed patella luxation and needed surgery. Dr. Cheema at Banfield quoted a price that was between $500 to $1000 lower than others (I asked fellow pet owners who paid for the same surgery, but didn't get actual quotes for my dog since all the vets I contacted require an office visit and even x-ray before giving out quotes). Dr. Cheema performed the surgery himself and I must say he had excellent bedside manner, very patiently answered the long list of questions I had, and he was spot-on about how the recovery process would go for my dog. I could not be more satisfied about the entire process.

They actually care for your pet and don't discriminate on the breed of your dog in my case pit. I have been places were people wouldn't even go near my dog. Only problem can sometimes be the pricing.

Dr. Megan Kilduff is hands down the best doctor there. I was skeptical about going there until I met her. I even joined there pet plan because of her! I've referred so many of my friends to her. There have been so many occassions where she could really rip me of but she hasn't unlike other vets that I've been to. We are an LGBT family with two mixed breed pit bulls and a son . She is by far the most friendly open vet I have ever met. Our family loves her!

Recently i contacted Banfield asking if they perform a surgery and was told no. I then asked for a refferal and i was told i would need to come into the office and have a check up on my dog before they would refer me. I was only asking for a phone number and they were telling me that i would cost me a doctor's visit.
