They where rude and nasty. They definitely dont care about your animal. My dog had an allergic reaction because I just wanted them to give them a shot for it and not hospitalize him they got nasty with and made me wait for over an hour with his face swollen. So If you dont want to spend alot of money dont go there because that the only way they will care.

Over priced, And try to get every little dime they can out of you.

Dr Turner has treated Elsi like a princess each time we go. Most options around here were too expensive on the spaying alone. So we opted to go with the Early Care Plus. So far we have saved $300 bucks alone on vaccinations compared to local veterinarians.The ladies up front and the vet techs love it when Elsi comes in. I would, and have definitely recommended Banfield to friends around here.

There is one vet there who is positively fabulous, Dr. A is one of the best veterinarians I have seen. The other vet is very unpleasant and does not seem to like listening to the pet owners,and will state that she needs to speak to people in a "stern voice". This is unacceptable behavior in a person who is working with our pets/family members. The office manager is not very easy to work with either, can be unpleasant as can one or two of the front girls. I have my pets on their wellness plans and while they are a great Value, it makes it difficult when the experience can be unpleasant... Though I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience when dealing with Dr. A, kind and compassionate with the animals. Good with people.
