Dr. Peake is exceptional!

They have always been very helpful! The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I typically have lots of questions and they are always willing to help. My dog is a rescue and afraid/frantic about the everything especially the vet, but they are accommodating and gentle. She's always is back to happy and healthy afterwards. Walk-in appointments on the weekends are brutal but worth the wait. Call ahead if possible.

My dog was neutered by a local humane society and developed a terrible infection. after 2 visits to the emergency vet, i brought him in. Was told he needed another surgery immediately and they did their best to reduce the costs and get in him within 2 days for surgery. Roscoe has been treated like a king there and i was always talked to directly and respectfully. They call us part of their family and that makes me feel like they care about Roscoe even after we leave. He has made an almost full recovery and is back to his happy 135 lb self. I will never ever take him anywhere else.

There is a reason this place is so busy. Give the staff a break, I have watched the phones ring off the hook with a line of people to the door, they are doing the best they can to get to you in a timely manor! Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable doctors, great and competative pricing! Staff truely cares about companion animals!

the vet techs are immature and very rude they are also discriminative on the breed of dog i have which happens to be a pitbull. we live just around the corner and refuse to go to this particular banfield for that reason alone. whenever we need medical history faxed its always an issue and they want you to call another banfield...last i checked that is part of my monthly membership!!!! when calling the manager she explains she has good reviews hummm looks like there are only 2 half being 1 star i would put no stars if possible i dread this banfield
