I have had very good experiences with this hospital......However their online Beach pet store is very expensive! Their price for Trifexis is $114 and other online sites are typically $85. They do not match other online site prices. Do your research before buying from Beach Pet Store!

Beach Pet has been my Vet of choice for many years, Friendly, courteous staff, and great care for our Pets. Recently my Lab Emma passed away and I can't thank enough the caring, consideration and heart felt thanks of Beach Pet for the way they took care of her during that time. I especially want to thank Dr. Laurence and Christina- they both went above and beyond in their care for Emma the last few weeks. They are my Vet for life. Thanks

Every time I have had a problem with another vet in Virginia Beach I have returned here. Amazing doctors and very kind staff. The vet by my house kept miss diagnosing my Boxer and they immediately realized what was wrong with him. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the area

Agree with Ms. Mesing. I had a similar experience with a front desk employee who would not give me any information and I was trying to reach a manager. I have heard negative things from other clients in the community as well.

I sincerely regret having to post a negative review of Beach Pet Hospital. Unfortunately, my most recent encounter with Beach Pet Hospital’s office manager, Christina, has shown me the definition of inept customer service. After having an important billing issue, I called daily for a week and left messages for Christina (the ONLY person able to handle of my concern), with no returned calls. When I finally went in person, I was met with an unapologetic, defensive employee who completely mishandled the situation, and failed to take responsibility for her negligence. Christina, disappointingly, has taken Beach Pet Hospital from a place where I feel my pet and I are valued and cared for, to a place I’m not sure I can return.
