If you want to be billed for 24 hr stay $2722.50 and they kill you pet within 12 hrs while trying to bill you for 3 days $6180.68 this is the place. If you want your deceased pet placed in black bag in a white box like garbage outside of there facility till you pick them up this is the place. If you were billed for a 24 hr stay and they killed your pet in 12 hrs, but you are still billed for 24 hrs of care and tests never performed this is the place. Otherwise STAY AWAY best ER Vet in Hampton roads is the Cove located in Suffolk VA. Dr Small and her staff have outstanding service, they care and have reasonable pricing. They don't try to take advantage of your situation they truly care.

Took our cat on the 4th of July, he had been throwing up for a full day and we decided to take him here. Spent 4 hours and 400 dollars later for them to tell us that he was just been dehydrated. Continued to throw up took him to another vet and with in five minuted the vet found the problem, and we had to spend 2300.00 for surgery. We were told if blue pearl would of found it he wouldn't of needed surgery. The place is horrible, the vet was crappy. Would not recommend going there unless you feel like wasting money.
