Lack of professionalism and nickle and dime you to death. I took my newly adopted dog here to treat an ear infection and catch him up on vaccinations to get him into obedience school. The first visit was almost $300 and we were instructed to return 30 days later. Upon arrival, the Doc said that the ear infection was not cured and we had to treat the ear with a different antibiotic (which is understandable that all antibiotics don't work all the time), this visit cost us $150. They again instructed us to return in 2 weeks and gave us 2 cards good for free exams. 2 weeks later we returned and were denied usage of the free exam cards. One of the vaccinations that were on the list also were not administered to my animal. Upon contacting the practice manager, she was more interested in telling me how I was at fault in the matter and how I was wrong, rather than listen to my concerns as a customer and how I feel like I had been neglected and taken advantage of. There are several other Vets in very close proximity to this Vet. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
