Pet Care Veterinary Hospital is simply the best when it comes to exotic pets. All 3 of my babies (guinea pigs) have been under their care at one time or another. Dr. Partlow and Dr. Bean provided the best, most compassionate care, and explained all of my options for each and every step. Although PJ didn't make it and now resides at the Rainbow Bridge, he was treated as if he was Dr. Bean's and the vet assistant's own guinea pig. They let me hold him and sit with him for as long as I needed and after all, they gave me a paw print impression so I could remember him. I recommend Pet Care Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for a compassionate, caring vet to help look after the health of their babies...from dogs and cats, to flying squirrels, chinchillas, rabbits, turtles, and, my favorite - guinea pigs.

My dogs have been going there for 4 years and to this day the only complaint I have, is that it is a little expensive. But we all know that saying you get what you pay for and that is excellent service. I love all the vets, Dr. Fisher thank you for taking care of Princess Zoe. He saved her life when she swallowed a piece of rawhide treat.. Thank you Pet care Veterinary and your wonderful staff. I recommend them to anyone looking for great care..

I have been bringing my pets to Pet Care Veterinary Hospital for over 25 years. The care that my furry family members have received there has been excellent! The entire staff is helpful, professional and compassionate. No question or concern is ever too big or small to be handled promptly. They know that our pets are an important part of our family.

To say this is an amazing veterinary facility is like trying to describe the perfect day, there aren't words adequate enough to do it justice. From the moment I walk in I am treated as family, and so is my dog. Everyone knows him by name and truly cares about his well-being. My dog is extremely ill, and his prognosis is not good, but the caring staff (from the front desk staff, to the techs, to the veterinarians) helps to comfort on days when the news isn't good, and to celebrate the small victories when they come. Every vet at the practice is awesome, but Dr. Bean has been a godsend during these difficult past few months. He has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. He supports my decisions, does not pressure, understands financial concerns, and is easy to talk to. I absolutely hate that my dog is having to go through this, but am beyond thankful that we at least making the journey with the wonderful support of Dr. Bean and all of the staff at Pet Care.

Our first time at Pet Care Vet Hospital was on a weekend and our rabbit was very sick. It was hard to find a place open on a Saturday that would take care of a rabbit, but luckily they let us come right in. Everyone was very nice, caring, and helpful. Unfortunately, our rabbit passed. I cannot express how grateful I am for the care given by the vet that day. The doctor made sure that our bunny didn't suffer. We were given a heart shaped clay paw print and they also sent us a beautiful card in the mail a few days later, expressing their sympathies. Because of their great service, I plan on bringing our other animals in for wellness visits.
